Club Activities
Sign up for activities at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot attend cancel at least 24 hours in advance (if possible). Out of respect for our instructors and members, we want to give 24 hours notice if scheduled events are cancelled or if number of attendees changes. Please stay at home if you're not feeling well. We don't get sick and you get better.

Family and Friends Group*
Family members, partners and friends of people with cancer. *You must be a Gilda's Club member, and have completed a CMP, to be assigned a group. Meets on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Please call Gilda's Club at 206-709-1400 for details.

Grief and Loss Parent Networking Group*
A support group for parents or caregivers experiencing the loss of an immediate family member with parenting as the focus. *Must be a Gilda's Club member and completed a CMP to attend. Please contact Michelle Massey, Program Manager at (206)709-1400 for more information.
Kids Grieve, Too*
An art therapy group for kids ages 5-9 who have lost a loved one to cancer. Must be a Gilda's Club member and completed a CMP to attend. Please contact Michelle Massey, Program Manager at (206)709-1400 for more information.
Ovarian Cancer Networking Group*
An opportunity for ovarian cancer patients and caregivers to get together for emtional support, educational information, and socializing.*You must be a Gilda's Club member and have completed a CMP to attend this group. Meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Professionally facilitated. Please call the clubhouse at (206)709-1400 for more information.
Parents Group*
Support group for parents whose children (under age 18) have someone in their lives living with cancer and for parents who have children or teens living with cancer. *You must be a Gilda's Club member, and have completed a CMP to join the group. Parents of Children with Cancer Support Group at Ronald McDonald House*
For parents of children with cancer in partnership with Children's Hospital. *You must be a Gilda's Club member, and have completed a CMP, to be assigned a group. Meets the first and third Thursdays of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at the Ronald McDonald House.
Small Talk*
Talking time and fun creative arts group for kids ages 5-9 with cancer in the family. (Parents Group meets at the same time). *You must be a GCS member, have completed a CMP, and talked with Michelle before you can participate in the Small Talk or Parents Group. Wellness Group at Overlake*
A support group for men and women with cancer. *You must be a Gilda's Club member, and have completed a CMP, to be assigned a group. Please call Gilda's Club at 206-709-1400 for details. This group meets at Overlake on the second & fourth Tuesday of each month.

What Now: Grief and Loss*

What Now?
Survivorship group for kids ages 10+ whose family members have survived cancer or who have survived cancer themselves. This group will explore emotions and feelings in relation to survivorship, family dynamics, and how kids relate to the world in their part of the universe. Art and recreational therapy based group. Young Adults Living with Cancer Networking Group*
An opportunity for young adults, ages 19 to 35, and their friends and family to get together for emotional support, educational information, and socializing. *You must be a Gilda's Club member and have completed a CMP, to attend this group.
