11:45 a - NIA: Dancing Through Life

Every Tuesday, 11:45-12:45 pm. Discover NIA and discover the joy of movement. NIA is a pleasure-based fitness program that blends dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts into a total mind/body/spirit experience. Gain strength, flexibility and cardiovascular stamina while being kind to your joints. No experience necessary; wear comfortable clothes. Taught by Certified Blue Belt NIA Instructor, Susan Blair.

6:30 p - Gay/Bi Men's Prostate Cancer Group

The Gay/Bi Men's Prostate Cancer Support Group provides support for gay/bi men who are facing a diagnosis of prostate cancer. The purpose of this group is to exchange information and resources regarding the physical effects of this disease and treatment protocols, and to provide a safe space for emotional support on issues of sexuality, relationships and other related topics of interest that are specific to gay/bi men.

Meets on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Free and open to the public. For more information, or to attend, please call 206-709-1400.
